In-Person Appointments
Located in the Kanata Office Centre on the second floor. Avoid confusion with Head Office on the first floor; look for the Kanata Office Centre door. Inside, dry your shoes on the mat and carefully use the stairs, which may be slippery. At the top, turn right and wait in the waiting area (grey or yellow couch) opposite office 200.
Unfortunately, the office has no elevator and is not fully-accessible.
